Refund Policy

All ticket sales for the Business Growth Masterclass are final and non-refundable. Seat allocation, access credentials and participant materials are prepared in advance of the event, so we are unable to reverse a payment once registration is complete.
2. You may transfer your seat
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another business owner at no extra cost. Email support@businessgrowth.my with your payment reference and the replacement participant's full name, mobile number and email address at least 48 hours before the session begins. We will confirm the transfer by email.
3. If we cancel or reschedule
If RichMinds cancels the masterclass, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 working days. If we reschedule, you may either transfer your registration to the new date at no cost or request a full refund on the same terms.
4. Technical issues on your side
The masterclass is delivered live online. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a working device before the session. We cannot offer a refund for connection problems, device faults or power interruptions on the participant's side. If you have difficulty joining, contact our support team on WhatsApp during the event and we will help where we can.
5. Duplicate payments
If you are charged twice for the same registration, email us with both payment references and we will refund the duplicate amount in full within 14 working days.
6. How to contact us
