1. Agreement

By registering for the Business Growth Masterclass you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. The programme

The Business Growth Masterclass is a live online training session held on 1 August 2026 from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Malaysia time), delivered by RichMinds. The ticket price is RM49 per participant.

3. Registration and access

Registration is complete only when payment has been received and confirmed. Your joining link is personal to you and must not be shared, resold or published. Each participant must hold their own ticket unless an approved partner arrangement applies. We may withdraw access without refund if a link is shared.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. RichMinds does not receive or store your card or banking credentials. Registration is subject to availability and we may close registration at any time.

5. Refunds

Refunds, transfers and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Conduct during the session

We ask all participants to behave respectfully towards trainers and other attendees. We may remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive, or who promotes unrelated products or services during the session, without refund.

7. Recording and intellectual property

All materials, slides, frameworks and content presented during the masterclass remain the intellectual property of RichMinds. Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly share any part of the session or its materials without our written permission.

8. Changes to the programme

We may change the schedule, platform, trainers or content where circumstances require it. If we make a material change, registered participants will be notified by email or WhatsApp.

9. No guarantee of results

The masterclass provides education and guidance. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any decision you make about your business remains your own responsibility, and you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising from your participation is limited to the ticket price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Disclaimer

Business Growth Masterclass is designed to guide participants to learn how to achieve success in business. Although best efforts have been taken to maintain customer privacy, RichMinds does not provide any guarantee regarding information communicated by and between participants in this programme. Participant success is also the result of several factors including continuous guidance, knowledge, motivation, personal intention, attitude, perseverance, hard work and determination.

We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Banks, Airlines, Spotify, SoundCloud, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Apple Music, TikTok or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names Spotify, SoundCloud, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Apple Music and TikTok, as well as related names, marks, emblems and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
